Tracy Cochran was a member of the Pullman High School class of 1984. She passed in 2023.
Memories of Tracy

During our freshman year, Tracy was on the cheerleading squad with Carla Burton, Karen Emerson, and me. None of us knew what we were doing but we had fun anyway. Tracy was always nice to me. The thing I remember about her was that she wasn’t afraid to get out of her comfort zone and try new things–like standing in front of a crowd of people in a short skirt and do cheers.
I hope that quality served her well in life.

Traci and I sat next to each other in band. We got to know each other through this experience and I made her laugh. In my annual, she wrote that she could not afford to lose a friend like me. This is an obvious insight into her kindness.
